Delivery Areas

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Orders over AED 299 qualify for free delivery. Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to reach out to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@eduplay.ae with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
