Refund Policy

We want you to love your Eduplay products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Wall-mounted panels that have been installed cannot be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, contact us at contact@eduplay.ae with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions once your request is reviewed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
