Refund policy

We want you to love your Eduplay products. Here's how shipping, returns, and refunds work.

Shipping

We ship across the UAE, with delivery in 10–15 business days. Orders over AED 299 qualify for free delivery. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To start a return, contact us at contact@eduplay.ae with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, contact us within the 7-day window with your order number and we'll help arrange an exchange for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Outside of items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, we're not able to accept returns.
